Koikawa Junmai Ginjo Tetsujin Usunigorishu (Iron Man Lightly Cloudy) is a robustly named lightly cloudy Junmai Ginjo from Koikawa Shuzo in Yamagata. The usunigori presentation leaves residual rice solids to create a creamy, textured mouthfeel while the Junmai Ginjo base provides fragrant, fruity top notes. The Tetsujin name implies a bold, forceful character within the softer usunigori format.
