A junmai ginjo from Koikawashuzo brewed with Kame-no-o, a rare and historic Yamagata heirloom rice variety known for its large grains and distinctive flavor contribution. The Samurai no Mon label references a proud, traditional spirit, befitting this demanding rice that requires exceptional skill to cultivate and brew. Kame-no-o imparts a rich, slightly wild character that sets this sake apart from conventionally brewed ginjo.
