Description

Junmai ginjo made from Dewa Sansan rice polished to 50%, a Yamagata-origin variety bred specifically for ginjo production. Brewed by Eau de Vie Shonai in Sakata using underground water from the coast, this Gin no Kura expression captures the refreshing, softly fragrant character of the Shonai brewing tradition.
