A nama-chozo junmai ginjo from this Wakayama brewery, brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50% and finished with a single pasteurization before bottling. It has a fruity aroma and fresh, clean palate with a gentle mouthfeel suited to easy drinking.
