Description
Brewed at this historic Nagano kura in the Suwa region, known for its connection to filmmaker Yasujiro Ozu who famously loved the house sake. Rice is polished to 70% and the sake is fermented with pure Tateshina mountain spring water by skilled Suwa toji. The resulting style is a straightforward, satisfying everyday sake with the clean, dry character of the Suwa tradition.
