Kazenobon Junmai Ginjo Tobinkakoi Fukurozuri Genshu is a gravity-drawn undiluted junmai ginjo from Fukutsuru Shuzo, collected from hanging cotton bags (fukurozuri) into tobins (18-liter bottles). Yamada Nishiki provides the premium base for this labor-intensive single-press technique from the gold medal Yatsuo brewery.
