It is one of the whole body of "Midorigaoka", which is created with exactly the same standard as "National New Sake Appraisal Sake". About a month from the top tank, there is a fresh alcohol -like freshness, but you can feel a moderate calmness. Please relax and enjoy the luxurious time to taste the sake itself.
