木屋正酒造創立於1818年,位於連接奈良、京都至伊勢神宮的初瀨街道沿線,伊賀盆地海拔150米,是自古以來的優質米產地,木津川水系的地下水純淨豐沛。2004年第六代傳人西藏大之回藏後,以禪宗「只此一刻,隨心而活」的理念命名了新品牌「而今」,追求不被過去與未來束縛的釀酒之道。
