Description

Shosei junmai ginjo uses Akitasake Komachi polished to 50% and Akita flower yeast at Suzuki Brewing in Akita Prefecture. The yeast's floral, graceful fragrance pairs with the variety's gentle umami, producing a clean, food-compatible sake that won gold at the National Kanazake Contest 2020 Premium division and the Wine Glass Sake Award 2019 Premium Junmai division.
