Description

Ryuban junmai ginjo genshu uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and is bottled undiluted at Suzuki Brewing in Akita. The genshu bottling preserves fuller body and a higher natural alcohol concentration, with Yamada Nishiki's characteristic soft, expansive umami at the core.
