It is a pure rice Ginjo sake made of 100 % Yamada Nishiki "Yamada Nishiki" rice that is suitable for sake -based sake. It is a liquor that does not bowle the liquor that is tank during the extreme cold season and does not sterilize or adjust the taste. Ginjo scent reminiscent of refreshing fruits such as melons and walon apples, well -balanced richness and mouthfeel! Please enjoy it in a thin glass such as a wine glass.
