岐阜縣
奧飛驒酒造位於岐阜縣中央的下呂市金山町，自享保5年（1720年）起經營酒舖，迄今已逾300年。酒造使用清流飛驒川與益田川匯流處獨特的純淨地下水釀酒，旗下有創業品牌「初白」及由尾張藩主命名、寓意「水綠環繞之地」的「奧飛驒」。杜氏後藤勝信堅持使用當地酒米「飛驒ほまれ」等精選原料，採用木蓋麴等傳統手工工法，多次榮獲各類大獎。
