靜岡縣
初龜酒造創立於1636年,是靜岡縣歷史最悠久的酒藏,品牌寓意「如初日之光芒、如龜之長壽繁榮」。酒藏位於優質玉露茶產地藤枝市岡部町,以南阿爾卑斯山系清流「朝日川」的伏流水為釀造用水,選用酒米「譽富士」與手工麴低溫發酵。釀出的清酒帶有熱帶熟果般的吟釀香氣,口感輕盈,自然甜味在口中蔓延,收尾利落。
