將東京產大米精磨至大吟釀標準。這是東京港酒造在米、水、酵母各方面都精益求精的巔峰之作。所用江戶酵母比協會一號酵母更為古老,是明治31年分離出的古代日本酒酵母。入口瞬間感受到4MMP(如麝香葡萄般的香氣)與優雅的甜瓜香。香氣清爽擴散,透明感十足的鮮味與醇厚感緩緩湧現。這是一款值得細細品味的終極佳釀。
