100%使用在新潟縣小千谷市梯田(魚沼地區)中種植的不向縣外流通的高級酒米「越淡麗」,自家栽培米佔30%,米麴與曲米佔60%,挑戰能引出大米本身強勁鮮味的特別配比。以追求理想白米和溫度管理為目標,在洗米、浸泡、製麴、酒母等所有工序中堅持少量手工釀造。壓榨後立即裝瓶和火入,將柔和的香氣與清新的口感封存其中。
