Junmai from Sudo Honke in Kimitsu, Chiba, the entry point of the Amanohara label. Brewed exclusively with rice, rice koji, and the brewery's rare deep-aquifer spring water, which the Environment Ministry designated one of Japan's top 100 water sources.
