Nigori (cloudy) namasake junmai ginjo from Sudo Honke in Kimitsu, Chiba, left unfiltered and unpasteurized. The nigori character adds textural richness, while the namasake treatment preserves lively, fresh aromatics from the fermentation. Brewed with Yamada Nishiki and the brewery's certified deep-aquifer spring water.
