- 1653In 1653, the founder Heiemon Totsuka moved from Suruga Province (present-day Kakegawa, Shizuoka) to the Nakasendo post town of Iwamurada in Shinshu and began brewing doburoku, marking the start of the brewery, now in its 16th generation.
- 2018Kanchiku Daiginjo received the Excellence Award in the ginjo category at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Awards.
- 2020Kanchiku Daiginjo again received the Excellence Award in the ginjo category at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Awards.
- 2020Seishu Kanchiku won the gold award in the value nurukan category of the 2020 National Kanzake (warm sake) Contest.
