沿革

  1. 1711Founder Osakaya Chobei began brewing sake in Imazu village.
  2. 1884Renamed the sake brand from 'Manryo' to 'Ozeki' and filed for trademark registration.
  3. 1964Launched 'One Cup Ozeki' on October 10.
  4. 1979Established Ozeki San Benito, Inc. in Hollister, California, USA.
  5. 1991Changed the company name to Ozeki Corporation and established a new corporate philosophy and logo.
  6. 2015Launched the junmai sake 'Rai', brewed with the original 'Mirei' brewing method.
  7. 2021Launched the 'Sohke Osakaya' brand to mark the 310th anniversary of the company's founding.
  8. 2024Relocated the Imazu Lighthouse to the opposite side of Imazu Port.
