了解
長山本家酒造場致力於追求風土（地域原料氣候）的釀造理念，於2019年成立了Domaine公司，親自種植酒米。酒藏所在的宇部市二葉地區阿武川以秋吉台喀斯特高原為水源，水中富含鈣質，礦物質組成極適合釀酒。年輕匠人在夏季於宇部市北部的稻田中辛勤培育山田錦，以手工方式釀造出口感柔和、米香突出的佳釀。
