沿革
- 2015Began brewing the junmai daiginjo "Senpyo Kanade" using Aichi Prefecture's sake rice "Yumeginga" and Aichi Prefecture yeast.
- 2024On May 9 around 2:20pm, a fire during pasteurization work destroyed the brewery and residence (no injuries). The brewery has since shifted to collaborative brewing with other breweries in the prefecture to rebuild.
