Chikumanishiki Shuzo was founded in 1681 in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, making it one of the oldest sake producers in the region, and the Yoshidayajisuke brand honors the founding house name Yoshidaya alongside the first president's given name Jisuke. All Yoshidayajisuke products are released in limited quantities and brewed to premium standards, using Yamadanishiki rice and the pristine spring water of the Asama mountain range. The lineup includes junmai daiginjo grades known for delicate fruity aromas and a long, clean finish.
