Tosashiragiku, produced by Sento Sake Brewery in Kochi Prefecture since 1903, takes its name from the founder Sento Kikutaro, whose character for chrysanthemum became the brand's emblem. Brewed with spring water filtered through the Shikoku mountain range and local Kochi rice varieties, the brewery pursues a Fresh and Juicy house style built around clean acidity and deep rice character suited to seafood-forward Tosa cuisine.
