Taizan is produced by Akamatsu Honke Shuzo, a historic brewery situated in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture on the southwestern coast of Shikoku Island. The brewery draws on a long regional tradition of sake craftsmanship, producing sake noted for a warm, gentle character with creamy umami and a crisp finish.
