Beau Michelle is produced by Tomono Sake Brewing in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, and takes its name from the Beatles song Michelle, which is played in the fermentation room during brewing. With an alcohol content of around 9%, the series is designed to be light and approachable, reflecting the brewery's philosophy of crafting sake with both stoicism and delicacy.
