Tokubetsu honjozo Suisen is brewed at 60% polish, one grade finer than standard honjozo, delivering a cleaner, more refined expression of the Suisen label from Yamada Shuzo in Aichi. The brewery's use of Kiso River groundwater and the yamahai method underpins a rich but smooth body with a crisp dry finish.
