Kasen Suisen is a honjozo blended from Koshihikari, Yume Nishiki, and Fuku no Hana rice at 70% polish, positioned as a classic everyday sake in the Suisen lineup from Aichi's Kanie-cho. Brewed with Kiso River groundwater, the result is a mild, approachable honjozo with balanced acidity and a clean, dry finish.
