Somi Gohyakumangoku Junmaishu from Migita Honten showcases the clean, mellow character of Shimane's own Gohyakumangoku rice, brewed without added alcohol in the pure junmai style. Soft underground water drawn from 30 meters below the Masuda River basin gives this sake a gentle, well-rounded depth.
