🍶
Description
Brewed with Omachi rice, one of the oldest sake rice varieties, and left unpasteurized as a namazake, this junmai has a deeply rich, soft taste with a crisp finish. Expect flavors of honeydew melon and blueberry alongside bright, herbaceous notes of citrus and watermelon. Produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, it should be kept refrigerated.
