Sadaijin Ozenoshizuku Honjozo is brewed by Ootone Shuzo in Gunma, drawing on the pure mountain water of the Oze region. A honjozo styled for everyday enjoyment, it balances clean grain character with the crisp finish common to northern Kanto sake.
