Dewa Sansan, Yamagata Prefecture's signature sake rice, forms the foundation of this junmai daiginjo, bottled with fine lees remaining (usunigori) to create a softly veiled appearance. Pasteurization is carried out inside the bottle (binhiire) to protect delicate aromatics.
