Orizake (ori-zake) is a lightly cloudy sake retaining fine lees particles for a creamy texture and elevated rice flavor compared to fully filtered sake. This Nara-brewed example, named Kotonoyuki, is served without complete filtration, giving it a soft, rounded mouthfeel and a subtly sweet, grain-forward character.
