Gohyakumangoku and other rice varieties at 70% polish are bottled undiluted as a genshu from Oki Shuzou on the Oki Islands, Shimane Prefecture. Bottling without water addition amplifies the concentrated character of the kasen-grade rice at natural alcohol strength.
