Takamasamune, known affectionately as Takamasa among islanders, is a josen-grade sake from Oki Shuzou. It traces to one of the five legacy breweries that merged to form the island's sole kura in 1972, and is prized for its clean, dry profile suited to drinking both chilled and warmed.
