Omachi rice polished to 50% forms this junmai daiginjo from Sekaiitto in Wakayama. Omachi's characteristic rounded body and layered acidity come through, with the IWC 2014 awarding it a silver medal in recognition of its well-structured, softly fruit-forward quality.
