Yamada Nishiki, Ooseto, and Akebono rice are blended at 50% polishing for this ginjo from Sekaiitto in Wakayama, part of the award-winning Ichi line. Winner of the Slow Food Japan Grand Prize, it expresses the characteristic fruity aroma and clean, moderately full palate of the series in ginjo form.
