Kusugiku Ginjoshu is a ginjo from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, brewed using rice polished to at least 60% with the mineral-rich groundwater from the Imagawa River watershed at the foot of Mount Hikosan. It balances a gentle fruity ginjo aroma with the fuller, assertive body characteristic of the Buzen region's sake tradition.
