Shoteshibori (初手搾り) Junmai Muroka Namagenshu is the first pressing of the season at Nishiyama Shuzojo in Tanba, Hyogo, released unfiltered and unpasteurized at full undiluted strength. From this 1849-founded brewery whose brand name was coined by haiku master Kyoshi Takahama, this raw genshu captures the exuberant energy of the first pressing with the brewery's ultra-soft Chinjutenzen well water.
