Kotsuzumi Yorokobi (よろこび), meaning joy, is a Ginjo from Nishiyama Shuzojo in Tanba, Hyogo, a brewery founded in 1849 whose brand name was bestowed by haiku master Kyoshi Takahama. Brewed with the ultra-soft Chinjutenzen well water and year-round production methods, this celebratory ginjo delivers accessible aromatic pleasure in keeping with its joyful name.
