Kibinogimpuu is brewed at a small Okayama brewery using premium local Omachi rice, a variety prized for its large shinpaku and rich, full-bodied character. The brewery has operated in the Bizen Ichinomiya district for nearly nine decades, maintaining a locally grounded approach to sake production. Moderate acidity and a clean, gentle finish characterize the house style.
