Gohyakumangoku polished to 70% is the foundation of this junmai from Wakayama's Sekaiitto, bottled under the Kishu label. Brewed with water from the Kino River, it is described as a traditional-style pure rice sake that captures rice umami across temperature ranges, from chilled to warmed, and won a gold prize at the 2021 National Kanshu Contest in the nurukan category.
