Josen Okihomare Pakku is a standard-grade sake from Oki Shuzou on Oki Island, Shimane, made with Gohyakumangoku and other rice varieties polished to 70%. Oki Shuzou uses water chosen as one of Japan's 100 famous waters and has been producing sake on the remote San'in island since the Meiji era.
