Hyakushun Tokubetsu Junmai Origaramijikagumi Minonishiki is brewed using Minonishiki rice, a variety cultivated in the Mino region of Gifu. This Tokubetsu Junmai is bottled directly from the tank (jikagumi) with the fine lees still present (origarami), giving it a gentle cloudiness and a rich, textured taste.
