Description

Junmai sake from a Nara brewery established in 1868, brewed with an emphasis on thorough koji cultivation for strong saccharification. The brewery uses Nara Prefecture-grown rice and locally isolated yeast, with over 80 percent of its lineup classified as tokutei meisho-shu.

창업 이래 거의 기계화 없이 수작업으로 사케를 빚어 왔으며, 생산량의 80% 이상이 준마이 이상의 '특정 명칭 사케'인 것이 그 증거입니다. 이러한 수제 정신을 바탕으로 하면서도 음주 애호가들의 다양한 니즈를 유연하게 반영해 왔습니다. 소규모 양조장이지만 높은 자부심을 가지고 사케 양조에 계속 정진해 나가겠습니다.
