Seiten (Clear Sky) is a low-alcohol kimoto-brewed sake from Mori Shuzojo using Asahi rice as the main grain and Yamada Nishiki for the koji, polished to 60%. Named after Hirado's clear blue sky and open horizon, it is light and mineral-driven with a fresh, soft finish that reflects the natural landscape of Nagasaki.
