Heaven takes its name from the stained-glass windows of Hirado's historic churches, with Mori Shuzojo describing the light passing through them as a vision of heaven. Brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki polished to 60% using kimoto and bottled at 13% ABV as a lightly cloudy, micro-sparkling nama, it is silky in texture with rice sweetness and a lemon-like citrus note in the finish.
