Hatsuyukihai Junmaishu is an all-rice junmai sake from Kyowa Shuzo in Tobe-cho, Ehime Prefecture, crafted with Ehime-grown rice and yeast to express the pure flavor of the local terroir. The brewery's traditional small-batch pressing methods bring out a full, round rice character with balanced acidity and a warm, lingering finish.
