Daiginjo Tsukimizunoike from Inayoshi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture takes its name from the famous moon-reflection pond in the region, evoking the serene beauty of Niigata's landscape. As a daiginjo, it is brewed with rice polished to at least 50% and fermented at very low temperatures using Niigata's renowned soft water, which supports the prefecture's characteristic clean and delicate sake style. The result is an aromatic, graceful sake with Niigata's hallmark lightness and a long, clean finish.
