Named for Minakata Kumagusu, the renowned naturalist and polymath who was the son of the brewery's founder, this daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki, Ooseto, and Akebono rice polished to 50%. The sake is described as having an elegant aroma with a refreshing finish and graceful depth, named to honor Kumagusu's 120th birth anniversary.
