가스미쓰루 양조장은 1725년 효고현 북부 일본해 연안의 어촌 가스미에서 창립되어, 그 고향의 이름을 브랜드에 담았으며 타지마 지역에서 역사적으로 가장 중요한 생산자 중 하나입니다. 이 양조장은 가장 노동 집약적인 전통 발효 기법인 기모토와 야마하이 방법만을 독점적으로 사용하는 매우 희귀한 양조장으로, 이 전통을 거의 3세기 동안 중단 없이 유지해 오고 있습니다.
